It can be used on exterior surfaces such as tautliners, banners, marquees, tarpaulins, furniture, seats, blinds, luggage to name a few. It flows like enamel and dries to a gloss finish. It maintains its flexibility whilst providing abrasion and chemical resistance. Dries quickly and can be recoated within 40 minutes.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be Free of dirt, grease and surface plastisizer.
Wash the surface with a mild detergent to remove dirt, grease and oil
Lightly rub the surface with a grey scotch-brite pad

Application
Thoroughly stir the paint before using
PolarFlex is a low viscosity paint and can be applied with a brush, roller or spray

Spray - It has excellent spraying properties with conventional or HVLP equipment

TYPE: CONVENTIONAL AIR ATOMISED
FLUID TIP: 1/2 INCH MINIMUM
AIR PRESSURE: 40-60 psi

Apply a light mist coat allowing a 5 minute flash off time
Follow up with one or two medium coats
If thinning is required, use PolarFlex adjusting clear instead of water

Drying
Do not apply in cold damp conditions and if temperature is below 50°F under normal drying conditions (above 60°F ) the paint will be surface dry within 20 minutes and can be re-coated after 40 minutes,

Note: In very hot conditions add PolarFlex acrylic retarder.

Solvent
If Thinning is required, use PolarFlex adjusting clear clean equipment with water.

Coverage
Apply a minimum of two coats at a rate per coat of 16 square yards per pint.
