This tape can be used for other applications: Holds signs, plaques, license plate frames, rubber stamps, flags ribbons, trim, etc.
Step 1.

Apply desired length of Tuff Tape II to the back of the banner between grommets evenly.
Step 2.

Cut banner and tape between the grommets and remove protective liner to expose adhesive.
Step 3.

Fold the taped edged over,
burnish down with an applicator to permanently secure.
Step 4.
